Q: How much do your computer forensic services cost?

A: The 777 service package is available at a fixed rate. Most other services are performed on an hourly basis. All per-hour services are handled on a retainer basis, with the retainer amount based on an estimate of your particular case. Once this estimate is delivered, we will not exceed it without client approval. Our standard services are listed here, and pricing is available on the ratecard. Emergency calls carry a surcharge, as do covert acquisitions and other high-risk operations.

Q: What about confidentiality?

A: Everything we do is confidential, and non-disclosure is guaranteed in writing in our contract. The only exception is triggered if we discover illegal material or evidence of criminal activity during an examination. In that case, we are morally and legally obligated to immediately disclose this material to the police.
