We understand how important your data is. We also understand that, despite all the safeguards, sometimes things still go wrong. Hard drives crash. Backup tapes fail. Zip Disks get corrupted. Backup CDs and DVDs fail to burn properly. When catastrophe comes calling, don't panic.

Our digital laboratory specializes in the retrieval of important data from all kinds of computer media. Hard drives, CDs and DVDs, Zip Disks, CompactFlash and other flash memory cards, floppy disks. It's what we do. We can help.

Most data recovery jobs can be handled completely in-house, which is our DR1 service. On rare occasions when a hard drive has physically, mechanically crashed, we may have to enlist the aid of one of our partner firms that has a cleanroom facility in which the drive can be disassembled for either repair, or retrieval of the data directly from the platters. We will of course keep you informed every step of the way, and we will never proceed beyond our original mandate without your approval.

IMPORTANT: If you think a hard drive, or any other unit of computer media, has crashed, do not try to access the data! It's best to not even power the system up. Doing so can easily worsen the problem and cause permanent, irretrievable data loss! If your data is critical, call us.

Noisy Hard Drive? A hard drive that has started making an abnormal noise is likely on the cusp of physical failure, or may have already failed. CAUTION: Do not under any circumstances power up a noisy drive. Contact us or another data recovery professional immediately.
